| The Powerflex bushings are an upgrade for the factory rubber bushings on the rear trailing arm. Since the factory ones need to be replaced periodically (regular wear & tear), not only do these polyurethane bushings put an end to that (they are supposed to last the lifetime of the car), they provide more precise handling, as PU deflects less than rubber - a good thing if you're a track rat or an autocross junkie!
Think about it this way: it's like using Ground Control or JT Designs rear shock mounts in place of the original ones. |
