fixed my idle , happy days !!!!

hi guys

so happy now after months trying to find out whats been wrong with my idle

here rough list of what ive been through

1) cars been tuned twice
2)idle control valve
3)cam sensor
4)o2 sensors
5)checked for vac leaks (countless times)
6)changed all lines

I had given up thinking its because of the new injectors but it wasnt

i had decided to clean the throttle body which was filthy .. i saw a hose under the manifold that must of popped out..I missed this hose because you cannot see it unless you take the whole throttle body out. must of happened when boost spiked to 15 psi while tunning.

I cant be more pleased all for a hose, car runs perfectly no hesitation anymore . im going to get power run see if anthing changed i think it has

For those of us that don't know. What type of E46t? And what have you done to it apart from the turbo?

Nothing much? Hmmm. I'd say a rear mounted turbo is a little more than nothing much.

yO Phil,

is the ICV/TB clean hard to do? i'm not a mechanic by any means, but is it relatively easy to DIY?

Parra prestige are telling me that i need to replace these items coz there's a fair bit of carbon build-up....is this necessary?

thanks in advance
Keith
