| New (Extreme) Camber Angle Adjustment Hi Guys Just thought i'd share a story of DIY positive camber adjustment for E21's Its quite simple and only requires 3 things. 1. An E21 Bmw 2. A fresh layer of water on the road 3. A concrete Kerb In all seriousness my g/f went for a bit of a spin in the wet, nothing too serious but now im trying to find bits to put it back on the straight and narrow. So far i've got a second hand trailing arm / hub / drum assembly mounted up which went well but a quick test drive revealled that the impact also cracked the ball cages in the CV joints, which soon gave up as ball bearings tried to escape out the sides of the cvs. So now i've got to find a replacement axle with two good cv's! Anyway, if you follow the steps carefully here's what you should get. ![]() ![]() ![]()

| Everything else seems ok (as good as the cars age anyway) The wheel is bent obviously, and yeah no joy with the cv's. Also tyre must have bent the wheel arch lip slighty, so yeah must have been a decent knock. Once it is mobile again i'll take it into my brothers work and put it up on a hoist and check everything out more closely. Its a PITA working on my back in the garage!

| Update E21 is back on the road thankfully Can recommend the guys at Peninsula BM highly, very fast and helpful on sending parts out. Just have to wait 5 weeks for a new wheel now, lucky i've still got the old steel wheels.
