E92 M3

So I have seen another E92 M3 cruising around the streets here in Canberra.

I will admit the regular non M E92 is not the best looking car in photos or in person. I think it is the size and style of the wheels that just doesn't work for me.

Now the M version looks the business on the street. Its low, its got a very aggresive stance and look which is accented by how wide it is. The wheels fill the arches and it is obviously a sports car of some standing. To be honest it is more like a Ferrari in its looks than a BMW due to the above mentioned traits.

I was on the fence when it came to the E92 M3 but now... I want one!

Maybe I should drive one - but It still doesn't do it for me. I still can't accept that rear end and it keeps getting heavier.

i personally love the e92 and the long wait would suggest the majority of the public does aswell.

standard wheels on the 323, 325 & 335 are 17" surprisingly, but come with larger wheels in the new sport models.

Generally we will always order 18" wheels or even 19" for all of our e92 stock cars because the majority of people upgrade the 17's anyway.

I thought it was fairly bland in the metal. The E46 still looks better. And at 176K driveway, hmmm....Porsche?

Seen a few in my area, definitely an improvement over the E46. And who doesn't love a v8

My Dad has driven one. The lucky bastard got invited to test one at QLD Raceway about a month back, but he missed that opportunity, so they actually lent him one for the weekend!!

He says it is phenomenally powerful (and he's driven the E36 and E46 ones as well) and BMW have got the V8 sounding absolutely perfect. But he didn't like way the computer tended to take over most of the aspects of the driving and the ride on those 19" wheels is quite crashy. Plus the biggest negative, he said, was that he'd lose his license too easily!!

Only seen one on the roads though.

E92 M3 looks fab

BUT the standard E92 no thanks! E46 has allot more character and a meaner stance (coupe)

+1. You could get slightly used 997 Carrera S for that money.
