Yes Matt E30 you should have contacted us & complained especially if you intend to make allegations towards my company in a public forum like this. Had we damaged your body work we would have fixed it! Being so long ago now I can't honestly remember even what your car looked like, however I do have a copy of the invoice & jobcard from your visit though. The reason your service indicator was not reset is because it doesn't work! Clearly written on the bottom of your invoice along with all the other faults we noted. The reasons your car failed the registration test are; 1.The O/S/R tyre was worn below the legal limit 2.The N/S/F lower control arm bush was torn 3.The front shock absorbers were completely worn out. 4.There was advanced rust on the N/S "A" Pillar. I don't see how you can claim your car would have passed elsewhere with flying colours? So next time you are not happy with your service call the people involved & let them know especially if they have damaged your property in some way, I'll admit that customers cars have been accidently damaged in my workshop but we have always owned up & paid up! And make sure you post all the facts before you make allegations about someone. |
