Sagging glove box

Has anyone experiencing sagging glove box?

I haven't tried it myself yet as I don't want to take the risks of drilling holes and putting screws in?!?

What are your thoughts?

Nearly every E36 I have been in has a sagging glovebox. I'm sure that method works fine, try doing a search first as I'm sure there was more than one way to fix it...

I did a search on the net, found another method to fix the sagging glovebox

there are 2 screws up top in the vents and 2 screws exposed when the door is open

1) first, just get all four screws started but not all they screwed in
2) then close the glovebox door and push against it hard to the point where there is no gap
3) then, while maintaining pushing the door, screw the top 2 screws tightly
4) then, while STILL pushing against the door, push the button to open it, while trying to keep it exactly in place, and screw in the last 2 screws.
5) if you could screw in the last 2 screws, the door should be held in the exact same place without any gap.
