Exclamation E36 Bumper Guide

Over the past couple of weeks I've had a number of people asking me about certain front bumpers for E36's. I've put this thread together as a guide to not only answer those people's questions but to remain as a guide of products available.

All the bumpers listed are genuine items, not replica. Prices listed should be used as a guide only, as some may change due to exchange rates etc. I won't sticky this thread but it will be put in the "DTM Tuningwerks" thread for future reference

Very nice writeup.

For those that know my car, it's got a genuine ACS Type II bumper.

Are the reiger pieces genuine plastic? every rieger piece i have seen have been fibreglass.

I have the BMW Motorsport M3 front bar. A good reputable place should give you the M3 brake ducts as part of the package, as they are very different. I went to Parramatta Prestige and the guys have been most helpful there.

they can be contacted on (02) 9630 0555.

All genuine Rieger bumpers are ABS plastic. Only fibreglass Rieger E36 parts I can think of are the Infinity II flares and the other lip for M bumpers (not the Cupspoiler)

Nice writeup, extreemly helpful.

I notice that the reiger mouldings are moulded in as one piece with the bumper.
Has anyone got any photos of what the moulding part looks like when painted black to match the side and rear? Pref on a white car.
I can't decided weather or not to get the moulding strip painted black, or colour code the rest of the car.

Aaron! Excellent Job. Although afew items are a teenie but overpriced, if people looked around u could get them at better prices. The adjustable Motorsport lip is around 2000 (spring loaded) last i looked them up, they are really really pricy. Each item would vary understandably depending on competitors pricing.
