not that its a competition or anything.

as long as it makes more than 192rwkw well thats ok.

The consensus is there is about 8-12rwkw in repalcing the OEM rear exhast section - guess we will find out in 2-3 weeks!!!

Hi Kenny - couple of things to add

1996 E36 3.2l M3 (6-speed manual) 259 RWHP (DynoDynamics @ Redcliffe Dyno & Performance)

Same car (M3) 1:03:11 @ Queensland Raceway Sprint Circuit

1998 E39 540i 6-speed manual 253 RWHP (DynoDynamics @ Redcliffe Dyno & Performance)

I've got the dyno sheets for both, but haven't got them scanned in.

Cheers,
Simon.

Went out with Kenny in his 130 to WSID for a couple of runs and a bit of fun.

With a soft launch of 3k rpm (no traction!) and a race weight of 3550 pounds managed a 13.6. There's more in it with better tyres and smaller rims. But still, good to see what it could do!

It's over a full second slower than the GTR, but all in all a good time out.

Got four passes in tonight in Susan's 130, great fun! All with the baby capsule in the back! The runflat tyres have absolutely no sidewall flex at all so the short times were miserable.

Best was 14.767 @ 94.26 MPH with a 2.210 60' time (density altitude 1413').

I did two passes in Ben's E46 M3 on 1st February 2006:

14.024 @ 100.79 MPH with 2.353 short time - Density Altitude 2238'
13.838 @ 100.98 MPH with 2.159 short time - Density Altitude 2088'

The car was bone stock and had 19" wheels with low profile tyres.

Yeah, the air was rotten that night. Hot and humid. The Density Altitude is the best way to compare the air quality from pass to pass, even on different nights or in different parts of the world.

Errol, take your E46 M3 out to WSID and show me how it's done!

Thats sounds like a challenge! Nah not saying it's your fault of the low trap speed...Just that is low. I was free wednesday night as well.
