EOI: Wedding Convoy Duty in Mid December

Hey all!

A good friend of mine (Maggie) is getting married December and was wondering if anyone with a late model BMW (preferably a dark colour) would be interested in doing a convoy. We need a main car for the couple, plus enough sedans to carry 6 more people plus two escorts (front and rear) So about 5-6 cars.

If anyone is interested, post here or PM me. Here are the details.

Date: 16th December 2006
Where: Liverpool Area (Menangle is where the wedding will be)
Duration: 5 hours approx (not 5 hours driving, but need the cars for up to 5 hours for ferrying between houses, wedding and finally reception)
Remuneration: Fuel costs, invite to the wedding + afternoon tea + cash (come up with a figure) + chance to meet some fine single girls

There's a bonus if you have a 7 series or M5 to use as the main car

I got my C200 and I can get a mate to drive that, I'll grab my parents CLK 280 convertible, pebble beige (Tan) interior. Not sure if I'll be able to get both actually, one for sure because parents may need a 'good car for the day' we got two other cars though, depends on remuneration I guess.

Both cars are Tanzanite blue and latest models. (C200 - 2005, CLK280 - 2006)

No one on this forum can live closer to Menangle / Liverpool then me

No no its not my wedding

They're willing to pay for the cars needed to carry the passengers, but if you want to tag along (like a mini cruise! haha) and act as escorts to make it look more impressive as well as having a bit of fun, I'm sure u'll get an invite to the afternoon tea.

PM me for how much you want if you are to carry guests, people carrying guests will get paid on top of the other perks. I'll have to ask them how many escorts they're willing to pay for, but imagine a dozen cars there...hehehe
