So I'm after a 5 speed illuminated M gearstick. Like this:
RealOEM.com * BMW E36 M3 SHIFT LEVER COVERING LEATHER ILLUMINATED

Also a centre armrest/console like so:
RealOEM.com * BMW E36 M3 Armrest front
