| 92 E36 M3 Spec Hi Everyone, I have decided to advertise my E36 “M3 Spec” as I have just moved back to Australia to tie up all my odds and ends before heading back overseas. The car is currently unregistered and has been in storage for the last 2 years. The engine has been regularly started to prevent any unwanted damage. When the car was driven, it was only used as a weekend driver or “monthly” driver in my case, hence the low Kms!! I know that there are a few DTM members who are familiar with this car who are aware of the time and money that has been spent to make it what it is. The car was originally an E36 318i Sedan and now fully converted, has had the following work/modifications done; • 1997 3.2l M3 Engine with 28,500kms (Dino sheet included) • M3 Computer • M3 5sp manual gearbox • M3 Exhaust • Full M3 brake setup, 12' Cross Vented and Drilled • M3/Hartage Dash • Full M3 White Light kit • Colour coded Bumpers and M3 Mirrors • M3 Badges • Bilstein suspension • Ebach Springs • Fully adjustable camber kit (-5 at the front and -2 at the rear). • 17' BMW 5 spoke wheels with 80% Rubber, • Alpine stereo system • Full alarm and Immobilizer plus much more All modifications are fully documented and engineered and I can supply a mountain of receipts for the work that has been done. The car has been regularly serviced and always been looked after. Overall, the car can be described as being in immaculate condition inside and out. The interior is almost perfect and still retains the “new car smell” I can supply a RWC with the sale and rego if the potential purchaser would like it. The car has had in excess of $25,000 spent on it. (Yes I know, stupid move as an original M3 could have almost been purchased for this amount but I didn’t have the funds at the time to purchase a real M3 ![]() The car is an absolute joy to drive and would make a perfect daily driver, weekend driver or track car project… I am open to any serious offers and the car is very much negotiable as it really does need to go. Should anyone be interested, want photos or wish to discuss or expand on the details, I can be contacted by email at alpine_deals_direct_@mail.com Cheers Last edited by BimmerJai : 04-09-2009 at 06:48 AM. |

| Hi Mate, Thank you for your post. The car had done 91,000 when the transplant was done. I wanted to put a 6spd in the car however I wasn't able to locate one at a decent price at the time. I located a 5sp from Sydney at a fairly good price and in good conditionso I decided to go with that. Cheers |
