FOR SALE: 5 series 17" wheels and tyres

these wheels are taking up too much space. already got the standard 15's stacked up in the garage...and these have been sitting there for ages.
17x8 from e39. 2 fitted with Goodyear eagle F1's 80% tread (great tyres) and 2 fitted with Continental contiprocontacts (almost new). tyres alone are worth over $800.
Asking $400 pickup only from sth east melb.

hmm? btw, I'm buying a new car but it has to be second-hand. I've heard that if you buy a car that is 5 or 6 years old that you run the risk of things starting to go wrong with it as it is about this time with most cars that part replacements are needed. If this is true, is it worth my while, spending a bit more and buying a car that is 2 or 3 years old instead? or is it possible to buy a 5 or 6 year old car without running into major problems. Any advice appreciated and thanks!
