New 56 MB Boston/Dragway Video and pics (56k MOAB)

While usually I have to wait until the weekend for the cool stuff to happen, this time the fun started on Wednesday. The pictures,
and the first half of the video, is from a blast into Boston so the Avus 95 M3 could get its fenders rolled, and then we all went to
New England Dragway where we met up with some more of the Boston DTMers along with the Tulley/Euromelee guys.

That was indeed Dan's Stickley-engined M3/4, and it didn't really run anything spectacular - I think it hit a 14.2, but he had never run it before at the track, and this was one -slick- track from what I understand. By comparison, the SMG E46 on the left ran into the 15s...lol

Once it gets warm, we are going back. And this time I might run my car. Just once, to see what I can lay down.

Alpine power: You have no idea how right you are. The hangers actually broke on the white sedan about five hours after the drive which started the whole Hanger Scramble. Good eye.

Duckydos: The white sedan isn't a turbo, it is a custom-built Chuck Stickley engine making about 340 at the crank. He has yet to have it tuned properly, but even now it runs very, very well. Look for my previous post in this thread for the times as requested.
