| I recently had an OBDI M50 manifold installed on my 97 4dr M3. Eurosport in SLC installed the CNC machined adapter, and instaled the manifol, and fuel rail cover. I have attached some pics for your viewing pleasure. Let me know what you think?? ![]() I couldn't get the other pics to load so just check my gallery. | Answers. Sorry for the delayed response. But the power increase was very noticable. I am taking the car to the dyno in about two weeks, so I will have exact numbers for my car, but I have seen dyno charts of another car with my same setup. The highest gains are 15hp and 11tq, but on the dyno charts there is a loss of torque, about 14ft/lbs between 4000 to 4200, but you don't notice it at all. With the new manifold, on the OBDII setup the car is really able to open up at the top end. The kit cost about $500.00usd and I have had no problems with the software or seting off any engine lights. If you are interested in the setup you can contact josh at www.eurosporthighperformance.com, he CNC machined the adapter for the kit. I will post pictures of the adapter. If you have any other questions feel free to ask. Oh and the power gain puts you in your seat. -Thad |

| With the new manifold on I did lose some low end power, but with the evosport pulleys I put on yesterday the power decrease is alot less noticable. I went for a Sunday drive today, and ended up getting to test out the new equipment. I raced some guy in a new 350Z and by the end of second I had passed him all the way and was really starting to put some space between the two of us. We only made it through second before having to stop for other cars, but it was apparent that I would have just kept on pulling. I also came across a WRX. The same one that I lost a race too about a month ago(it was wet and cold out) . Well not this time, as soon as I got into high RPM's I was gone, and stopped racing about half way through third. I had pulled about a car and a half, and figured that was enough. I don't have any dyno numbers, but hopefully those kill stories illustrate the power gains |
