I can not get my cluster out please help

i thought the two screws would come out like nothing but i can not get it. Am i using a screwdriver too long, or not the right size or what please give me some detials.

Try a small flat head....or a star shape tipped scewdriver

You need the screw head that shapes like a star, not the regular flat head screw driver. It's also much easier if you just take out the steering wheel first.
