did you end up winning your laser ticket you got??? I remember you said you had court after me I think. I went in last week and it got dismissed. I represented myself and did a lot of online researching. Lawyers are practically a waste of money if you take care of the supeona/research materials and do some background checking on laws and technicalities. However, if you had a ticket more severe under different circumstances, then I would highly advice a lawyer.

No acctualy I didn't go yet, it's on October 9th, but I will ask them to reschedule, because it's a busy tax season for us right now.

Can you tell me, how you got it off? Cuz, I did a lil research myself, but I have no idea how I can use it

What kind of research have you done? Then we can go from there.

Did you supeona the cop and ask for reseasrch of discovery for laser materials, calibrations, police log, back of ticket, road survey, laser manual/brand, etc? If not, go ahead and do that.

Did you call and see if your ticket was filed in 48 hrs from time you got ticket?

How far again did he shoot you with the laser.. does it say on the ticket?
