OBD is the type of emmissions the car has, obdII is more restrictive and therefore doesnt respond to modification as well. the conversion isn't really worth it unless you plan to do serious mods, that and it's illegal to convert an OBDII car to OBDI so you'll have to do it yourself or spend some time finding a mechanic that will do it. As for angel eyes stock ones aren't really that bright so most people opt for aftermarket. check out umnizta.com
