Same problem as me.... Did u install it yourself? It is a noise leak through the alternator; could be caused by a bad ground or insufficient power supply. Are you runnign it through an aftermarket lcd screen? and if so does it have a built in speaker in it? If it does then, first of all, dont run noise through the screens speaker and just leave it unplugged and run the noise through factory stereo, or whatever you have in there. Those kind of screens always make that high pitch noise. If the noise is ruuning through your cars speakers then try running a higher power supply or thicker power wire to the dvd, buying a noise filter, or getting a "cap",..so i here for your alternator.
