| whoa whoa wahoa... Wait up, Your trying to say you wouldn't buy a 850Csi because its heavy? 850CSI 323iANYDAY ![]() I'm not trying to beef or anything, but i found it rather weird that you would pick a 323 over a 850 because of weight.

| Maybe he just means an 8-series, because for the price of the Csi you could get an m3 or m5...the CSi's are the only 8 to really retain their value (keep in mind those cars were 90K+ (840ci)when new) Day to day, a three would prob be a more useable car though, I would thnk maintaince on an 8 would be very high

| One of the big car magazines tested the 850CSi at 0-60 in 5.3 secs with wheel spin. Though it is a heavy car, if the suspension is tuned right it can be quite impressive. Even a stock 840 or 850 entry model is significantly more stable at higher speeds than an M5, which tends to have have an uneasy floating feeling over 120. It is great car that was very underrated by people and authors who could not spring the cash to purchase one. Had the car not been released during an economic recession you would have seen a lot more of them and a production run of the M8.
