Soon to be youngest 8 series owner?

Well it seems this board is littered with newbies and now I'm proud to be one of them. I will be getting my 95' 840Ci soon, I am coming from a 93' E36.

Does anyone have any advice for me? I did a lot of work on my old car, so any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated!

Congrats, its good you do your own work that will save you lots of money, there are a lot of things that can go wrong with these cars, hope you have a big bank account.

I've been searching for a haynes or bently book. I've had no luck. I'm thinking of getting a 5 or 7 series for the same engine.
Does that sound like a good idea?

And yes I concede to you my friend. I was 21 when I wrote that.

But soon I will sell mine. I bought a new 3 on Monday.
