Vanos Help How Do I Know Its Going Bad?
Im a tech @ car max, today i was working on a 95 m3 with 86k on it and when i reved it up @ about 1700rpm you can here a vibration comming from the valve cover when u put your hand on the front of the valve cover u can feel the vibration in the valve cover. I know the vanos units are know to go bad and they make noise when they are going out but i have never herd the noise first hand when they are failing. I know thers some people on this forum who have run across this problem. please help
