remote stuck in ignition

Hi, i have a 2005 735 that arrived today with very low mileage. the key won't come out of the ignition, does anyone know how i can get it out?

If it's anything like the other BMW remotes or keys or whatever they call them now you should just have to push it in like a button and it will release. Otherwise take it to the dealer and have them look at it.

Hi, yes it is supposed to push in and then it comes out but it won't. I will have to go to the dealer.
