the seats i got in it now are shot to shit so instead of putting in the same crappy seats from a junk 7, can i upgrade to a later models seats if thats possible

i don't think so, different style wiring connectors and the litle cable that adjusts the b pillar seatbelt mounting point with your seat isn't compatible.
