I need help! 1989 735i questions

Hi, new to the forum, I'm planning on purchasing another vehicle,
I have my eyes set on a 1989 735i
with 225,xxx miles

asking 2700



is the mileage too high?
or how long can I expect it to last with regular maintnence?

also, does it come with the rear window shade? (powered)

um, kinda high. headgaskets and starters go, and im not sure e32's had power rear shades, unless the 740 got it.
