745i Motor into a 730iL?

Hey,

I have found a old 745i Motor & g'box (m102/m106) for sale here. I am wondering if anyone has fitted it to an e32 730iL or similar. Because our car is right hand drive, we will probably have to move the turbo etc.... But the real problem is the g'box, i understand that the m106 motor has the same box as the 730iL already has. Would this hook up easy?
