| As far as I know, with the aluminium core and plastic tanks, if they start leaking or crack, they are junk. They are not fixable. I had to do this to a 525, the top hose piece broke off, had to throw the radiator away and get new one. Good luck.

| radiator you have to buy a new one, these are prone to failure around 80 to 120 k, everyone replaces them, BMW felt bad so the radiators are cheap at the dealerships, like 145 or so, if i remember. its an easy DIY. for info go to e38.org good luck |
