| first off you'll need some serious ass kicking amps to power a W7. theres a guy at a loca stereo shop who had one in a custom box in the back of his new style blazer with 2 1000 watt rockford amps pushing. stood about 10 feet away from the truck while he cranked it up for me and it felt like i was sitting in the passenger seat. the soundwaves were just pounding me and my friend at that distance!!
on a side note, the 12W6's sound great as well and are an ok price. you get JL and you get quality |
