I'm into Hondas too. I can tell you that BMW motors, trannies, ecu's, etc. are not nearly as easy to build hybrids. A lot also depends on if you're planning on using an e30 m3 (s14, 4cyl, late 80's motor) or if you're planning on using the newer m50 (from the e36 chassis, bigger, twin cam, i think obd2) Both are do-able but not exactly easy. When I get home I'll put up some links for some good info on swaps. If you're planning on doing the e30 m3 motor I wouldn't reccomend it. The power increase isn't really worth the trouble and it's made more for high strung track racing.
