although it looks like you don't have to pay a fine or anything. i wonder if they would be ok w/ you just putting one of those car covers over it.

no, i dont have to pay anything. and i dont believe that i can just put a car cover over it. I've said it before and i will say it again, I hate my nabors! LOL
