Is that rear brake duct (picture 3) a STICKER??!?! or am i blind?

it just looks a little funky to me.

You're not blind, but it's definitely not a sticker. I bet Hamann's engineers could tout the performance benefits on that vent, but I sincerely doubt there is one.
