Flogged a 645Ci vert today

I had the opportunity to flog a 645Ci convertible around a bit today at a Drive for the Cure event at my local dealer. Honestly, other than the killer V8 and its associated exhaust note and mid-range punch, it doesn't seem like an upgrade from a 3-series vert. Nice, but not $30k more nice!!

The 6 series is also a heavier car and you drove one in convertible. They range between 70 to 87k.

Yeah, 4200lbs. isn't exactly light! But honestly, other than the excellent V8 and the superfluous options that are available, it seems too similar to any of the 3-series convertibles running around.

I dont like the 6 series. I could get over the body style but its just way to heavy.

hey i was goin to do that drive for the cure thing to. do i just drive down to the dealership or do i have to make reservations. and can i take a M out???

You're better off registering online well in advance of the date that you'd like to attend. And no, you can't take an M out! They have specific cars that travel the country for this cause.
