I got an estimate of $1200 to install a dinan kit from an independent shop. You should probably tack on an extra few hundred for installation of the after-cooler that comes with the RMS stage II kit.
edit: Tuning would most likely have to be done by RMS, so you'd have to ship your ECU to them, or if you have a 95....get a chip from them which makes it easier obviously. The tuning should be included in the package price of the kit, assuming you buy it new from RMS.
