| my stock 95 M3 handles awesome! my friend has a 99 328i, E46, the rear end seems to handle oversteer better tho, maybe its the fact that he has less power to the wheels than i do, but his car has a very hard time oversteering. the new rear end on new BMWs is more advanced than the E36.
