I just purchased the Shark Injector ($349) for my 323i and it seems to have made a noticable difference. It's not drastic but it's there, and it was easy to do. So if I were you, I'd chip it. I'm happy with it.
PS - Sway bars for the engine huh? I'm learning something new everyday
