You're either present or you're accounted for. But never both. "All present" is your unit is all here. "All accounted for" is if everyone is if everyone's location is known (excused absence, for example). Otherwise it's just "1 absent" or something like that, in which case there's hell to pay. Yeah, I know, I'm anal.
