| I got my 02 330i for $1000 below MSRP. I have the sport package, no premium package. My car had to be order because I bought a 330i, Topaz Blue. If they have a 330i on the lot, your can bargain a little more off, but if it's not on the lot, don't expect to take off much.
BMW is among a handfull of car dealers who do not take off much from their MSRP. If you want something like MSRP, I suggest another car manufacteur.
