| I haven't really priced 323's at all, but that one seems like it would be at the low end of the E46 spectrum. I wouldn't pay over low 20's for it. Don't quote me on this...but I don't think its worth anything over $25k. Maybe 22-23. But that's just my opinion. I got my fully loaded 01' 330ci with similar miles and with EVERY option including NAV for 33k.
