I dont see how you can really compare a chip next to a s/c or t/c.
Here's what I know about the s/c and t/c
T/C
*Has a lag time
*Cant have one with an auto (torque is too much for the slushies)
*Can get a heck of a lot more power with T/C depending on boost setting
*Turbo's generally require a little more TLC

S/C
*No lag time
*Alledgedly easier on internal engine components than T/C
*Can't adjust boost, unless you swap out the pulleys

Those are some of the more popular facts that are discussed about them. Personally if it were me, and I had the cash I'd tune it as far as I could naturally aspirated and leave it at that.
