Be wary of wheelsnext.com and save yourself alot of aggravation!!!

I recently placed an order with them because their website advertised that the wheel & tire combination I wanted was in stock. They charged me the same day I placed my order instead of the day they ship. The same day I received a sales order via email stating my order was being shipped by FedEx ground, but it didn't have a tracking number. I emailed them back requesting a tracking number. I received a reply several days later stating they were waiting on tires which had to be ordered and it would take several more days. A week later I called to inquire about the status of my order and to obtain a tracking number and was told the tires did had not come in and it would take several more days. When I started complaining, they told me they could ship the order that day if I would agreed to substitute the tires I ordered for a comparable brand they had in stock. I agreed, and they told me my order would ship that day and they would be delivered to my home in four days. I also would be able to receive a tracking number after FedEx picks up the order later that afternoon. Well, I called three days later for the tracking number for my expected delivery the next day and was told my order did not ship and they had no idea why. I told them I don't like being lied to and I am quite displeased with the runaround I'm getting. The guy I spoke with promised to personally call me the next day at 9am with an explanation. So now delivery day is here, no one called, I never received a tracking number and my order did not arrive as promised. I called again and managed to get the same guy I spoke with the previous day. I asked him why he didn't return my call as promised? He immediately blamed the customer service department, saying he personally gave them the paperwork and they were supposed to call me. He then said he was going to switch me to his manager. As expected they left me on hold for quite a while. (Probably hoping I would hang up.) When the manager finally picked up the phone he told me they received the tires twelve days ago and has no explanation whatsoever why my order wasn't shipped. He said he could have the order shipped next Monday and I would receive it the following Friday. I told him don't bother and to cancel my order and issue a full refund. He said he would but his accounting department won't be able to process it a refund until next week when his accounting department is back in the office. We'll see what happens next....
