Heat it up a bit to loosen the glue, then try with your nails again, when it comes off you'll need to get a can of sticker remover or Mineral Turpentine, Methylated Spirits, I use Septone Wax and Grease Remover, works wonders but since you live in Europe, I'm not sure what the equivalent is, because Septone is an Australian brand...
