Yes. The e46 M3 using individual TBs, so my water to air charge cooler is directly in front of them.
As to your setup, you would just need to run a check valve so the system doesn't leak while the motor is under vacuum (you would be sucking in fluid all the time). You are still relying on the manifold to distribute the meth.
