The problem is Skylines not being a federaly legal car. The best way is to send a chassis minus the parts, then send the parts seperately. Assemble in the united states as a
kit car, thus nulling the emissions requirement.
However, you being in Canada, skyline is legal to import to your country, so by all means, get an R32 for me! (My bosses R32 is UNREAL)
