As for the centre bearing itself, its a bearing, it isnt just a disc, it supported both pieces of the driveshaft and allows flex in the 2 piece shaft, because the whole shaft isnt installed on an even horizontal axis. You simply cant do without the flex here and maintain a 2 piece shaft.

Why do you want to upgrade?

If you keep damaging them due to torque, you might have to look at swapping out the entire driveshaft and replacing it with a single piece shaft and unis. Only other option could be a bigger centre bearing to handle the load.

yeah i keep going through them due to torque , first gear is the one that does it..ive been told i coulnt go solid thats why i dropped it. but was hoping for poly

where can i get a bidder centre bearing????
