you can buy a year pass for 995 euro. this means that any day that the ring is open for public driving then you can drive you car on the ring.
this is a public toll road, there is no racing on it when open to the public. if you want to race on the ring then you need to first get a european racing liscense (about 5,000euro per year) then pay another large sum of money to enter your car in a race series, for example the VLN.
