| The E30 was the most rugged car of its day. The M1 deserves a lot more play than it gets. I mean, come on, it pretty much started the department. Without the M1, no one would even have an M3. Even though BMW didn't design the whole car, the car kinda designed ///M. Taking nothing away from the E30 M3, I would say the M1 is not only the most important car in ///M history, its definately the 'best' M-car ever created.
