A. you have bent valves
B. your pistons detonated
C. your rings broke and are allowing blow by.
A cyl pressure reading that is supposed to be 195-210psi reading 0, means the cylinder is not sealing, and the above is the possible problems. Good luck, start by removing the head. This will allow you to determine if the head is bad, the cylinder is failed or both.
