| I hate to say it but this kind of driving is what gives BMW owners a bad name. Sure there's the fun of seeing what your car will do but that kind of speed should be reserved for the track. Passing on the shoulder is just plain dumb and you're lucky that you didn't get yourself or someone else killed. 3 people were killed in Maryland yesterday because some douche in a Cadillac SRX tried passing on the shoulder, sideswiped someone and caused a 4 car pileup. The 3 people in the SRX ended up dead.
Congrats on having an M5 but use it wisely.
