| Airbag light may just need a reset or it could be one of the sensors, not all that common for them to fail.
Paint of course would require a respray but is not a big deal if you are ok with having it done.
The window regulators fail in the e39s, its common, I have had to replace 3 of the 4 so far. not a terribly difficult task and the parts (in the US) are under $200.00
If the rest of the car is sound, and the pricing is fair (I don't know your market) then it may be a good buy.
