Very common issue is the front outer CV Boots failing, if they are torn you will potentially need new CV joints (commonly replaced by replacing the whole axle). Other concern is the tranny, just make sure it is shifting smoothly and when you do purchase it is most likely a good idea to replace all fluids. Beyond that the concerns would be those typical of a BMW with that type of mileage (shocks, suspension bushings, etc).
