| I did a walk around on my '04 convertible when it came back from service and found a door ding. This car was absolutely virgin with no dings whatsoever so I was pissed when I saw it. They tried to say it was there before but I showed him how clean the car was. I had to bring it back and they fixed it free. Luckily, I couldn't see the repair after that so they did a good job.
